its stange because they also have crysis warhead as coming out YESTERDAY. i think that site is based in Europe due to the way they spell "Favourites" up at the top.

Yet again, we have a release date with absolutely no information behind it.

From what i remember, the narrorator never told us where exactly the demo was taking place, it could have been a jungle in an area not associated with anything evil at all.
There has always been pieces of equipment that has added or taken away from our stats, attributes, or skills. But what if there are enchanted or "blessed" or "possessed" items in Diablo 3. Maybe some weaponry/equipment gives off an aura based on your character being predominately evil or on the side of good. It wouldnt really effect the outcome of the game, but maybe unlock different skill trees still unique to each character but one being more on the side of good, like Holy Bolt, or Exorcism. Then there can also be evil skills/spells, as in summoning demons or casting someone down to hell.
Who knows with things being in such early stages of development. But i do firmly believe that our characters can have both Goodness and Evil sides to them, thus reflecting the physical appearance of our character and who knows, maybe our surroundings.
Let me first off say, i purchased (and still have original boxed copies) of starcraft, brood war, diablo, hellfire, diablo2 and diablo2 lod all when they first came out. suprisingly enough i still have them installed on my PC, everytime there i get a new PC, those games go on there. i dont dive too much into the lore and try to follow it cuz i dont have the time, but i am part of a demographic that has played these games just as they were introduced and became groundbreaking.
With this new generation of games, there is so much hype following these two games and there will be so much negative feedback once anything playable is released its going to be disgusting. When we caught SC2, what did people say? "it looks like a better graphic version of part one". this coming out of the mouth of the same people that were begging Blizzard for something new. As for D3, well lets just say people keep using D3 and WoW in the same sentence and i dont want to discuss that because it is bogus.
If there is anyone else out there that was around in the mid to late ninties that played these games from the beginning please post and give these two games they praise they deserve. There are way too many teens that are so hooked on WoW and the DoW series all they can do is try to compare the games together. ok, sure, Diablo was not the first ISO style rpg/hack/slash and Starcraft was not the first RTS, but what came before these games that was REALLY groundbreaking? When i say that, i mean the HUGE, still to this day, online following, the endless lore for both series, i mean the following is almost limitless.
If someone wanted to create a petition and send it to blizzard...it should have read, "Signatures below represent dedicated PC gamers showing appreciation to a truly innovative a great developer".
i have never played this and actually just heard of it today. is it a good game to "hold me over" until diablo 3 comes out? im playing d2 LOD currently but want something a lil different since Dungeon Siege 2 gets old rather quickly.
what are some good/bad things about it compared to diablo 2? namely the skill tree and unique items.
thanks
thanx for the link reading now!!!
