It'll be stupid if you choose anyone of these games.. none of them have realistic feel.. their gunplay isn't authentic at all.
Stalker may be the only one close to realistic shooting experience.. but it sure has some dumb accuracy problems. COD isn't realistic.. weapons feel acurate when you zoom in.. while shooting with a crosshair makes them almost completely in accurate. Funny thing is you even included Far Cry in most realistic gunplay... It only has a difficulty of Realistic Gameplay... Gunplay is different & not realistic at all.
Here is a list where you can find most realistic shooting experience. (in order)
Crysis -> Most authentic gunplay i ve seen so far.
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigher Series
STALKER Pretty close to hardcore realism.. but frustrating sometimes.
Battlefield 2
then Call of Duty.
Did i forget any shooter ? :o

how can you say that crisis is the most realistic? im thinking about the game and you can just hold down the fire button and the gun wont even jerk, when you shoot a shotgun in real life you better believe your not gonna be able to unload 5 or 6 shells without having to put it down for a minute to recoupe. try to unload a full clip with an assault rife, you will be sore from vibration alone and good luck keeping it as steady as the main character does.
as for stalker's inaccuracy....i know what your talking about, but its only inaccurate at a distance, and you gotta think the dev's took into consideration the quality of the guns due to the harsh area they're found in. you really expect a gun to be cleaned by some thief the same way its cleaned by an advanced soldier like in crysis? i believe the stalker dev's made the guns like this to highten the overall experience. you arent magically able to be a sharpshooter in that game which is why i like the feel of the gunplay.
look at halflife, almost no recoil for any weapon, with such advanced physics as that game had, you think they could have thrown a lil of that into the gunplay.
