@HarlemVIP: first of all (if no one told you) the NFL actually proposed the deal to EA to be exclusive parnters as they didn't like what 2k did (release a game a month ahead for 20 bucks). Plus at the time 4 or 5 other companies were making NFL games and the NFL didn't want to have to look after all that so the asked long time partner EA to be exclusive.
For the reason no PC (these numbers are probably off due to I'm remembering from 2008) is because it's essentially not worth their time to do it. Back in 2007 madden sold 2 percent of there copies to PC. The rest were Xbox/ps2/GC. PC in some respects took more effort to get madden to work as you have to make sure if plays nicely with all the graphics cards and such and also try to make so it can't be pirated. So they just said screw it to all the sports games except FIFA. Fifa is Soo massive in the other part of the world that it generates decent pc sales.
@boardsport311: pro version will run 4k with cutscenes dropping below 60 frames here and there (probably nothing noricable) no word on HDR. The Xbox X when released will have 4k HDR 60 frames throughout.
@v1rotate: it plays wonderfully and franchise mode might of note had any new bug features but a lot of legacy bugs like regression and xp gains have been fixed which improves franchise mode considerably
