@Ovirew: Tintin has quite the following in India. Especially where I live. As for video games, we arrived really late to the party. In fact, even today, gaming in India isn't even a fraction of what it is abroad.

Its funny how COD and Battlefield have got just 3 votes combined. And here I am thinking they are the real deal in terms of FPS games.
@warmblur: I really loved Allied Assault. Pacific Assault was also decent. But Airborne didn't really click for me and I haven't returned to MoH since. Some of my friends keep suggesting MoH and Warfighter but I haven't tried them yet.
A game like Call of Duty 2 or later ones, need to have regenerating health because you have enemies spawning and shooting at you from all directions. COD 1 was more of a lone wolf campaign like the Medal of Honor games but it was from COD 2 that one gets to experience the vastness and gigantic scales of war. Hence the enemy respawns. You cannot help but take damage from enemies in these games, adding a certain vulnerability to your player. If you had a health point system in these games it would just become a lot more tedious and frustrating, requiring you to find health packs every now and then. Just finished Doki Doki Literature Club and What Remains of Edith Finch : two amazing and refreshing games. Will revisit some Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (2010) for a while before I start COD Black Ops 2.
@letsgame360: I rarely play nowadays. But you are from the US? Latency will be a big problem in that case as I play on Asian Servers and I do not have a that high an internet speed. I'll add you nonetheless.
Call of Duty gets my vote. It is just an amazing series with brilliant and engaging stories and a fun multiplayer. COD 2 remains my favourite shooter.
