I'm very curious to see the numbers of how many of each episode they sell. Do the numbers go up or down with each new episode or are they staying static?
Sounds like the company went above and beyond what was required to accommodate this person's recovery. Sad to see people that will scream discrimination when something doesn't go their way. It's insulting to those that are actually discriminated against and damages their cause overall. This is all about greed and money.

Making a "fan film" is one thing. Making $1million off someone else's property is something entirely different. I think the studio was absolutely in the right with their lawsuit this time.
Cliffhangers at the end of a season are disrespectful to your fans. It also shows that you have no confidence that your product is good enough to bring people back for the next season. You need to use a gimmick.
