WOW! what a fast turn around time.
the whole process took maybe 10 business days. my first call to microsoft was on a saturday, so the box didn't ship to me until monday.
my 360 arrived to the repair facility on december 6th and i just got confirmation that my 360 repair had been completed and shipped today.
the ups website says, "billing information received" so it hasn't actually shipped yet, but i'm sure it will today or tomorrow.
i have thursday off, so if it gets here wednesday or thursday, that would be sweet.
overall, i am impressed by microsofts service, and because of the quick turnaround, i'm crossing my fingers for a new 360 w/hdmi instead of my repaired unit or a refurb. in the end, as long as the thing works like it should, i'm happy.
