Double standard much? as equally valid form of entertainment games cover a wide variety of styles and genres some can be realistic some can hyper stylized and others can just be pure offensive action or comedy and thats fine. so stop acting like games dont have the right to do what films do.

that being said there are pleanty of strong female characters in games that are not sexaule.

kojima changed the story of mgs 3 because at the time it was to tabu to have a game take place in the middle east. later in mgs4 he was fianlly able to make a portion of the game take place there. Perhaps he just doesnt feel like waiting for the right time and just wants to make the game the way he wants regardless of what people might say.

@Joenobal12 thats the strange thing, normally I would agree with you (metacritics) but I played it and its really good.

@thegamerguy7 hate to be "that guy" but this rreview is wrong. The game is fun VERY fun and worth playing.

@tr1n1tr1n1 I agree I'm shocked at all the bad reviews. This is not one of those "yeah i know its bad but still fun" type of games. It's truly a great game. Play the demo at least.

@Dice2119 wow really I just tryed the game and I really enjoyed it. I found it more entertaining than resistance 2. I don't normally see such a difference between my experience playing a game and a review. Normally its "yeah its bad but still fun" but this one is so extreme I really enjoyed it. I might just buy it. so far i'm giving it an 8.0

@Sarijon vita has over 50 games. a launch of 20 games (most consoles don't launch with that much).

also if you own a vita try the resistance demo its pretty good. I was suprised , never expected it to be so fun.

@tgwolf of course it makes perfect sense to blame violent games. The 45 year old mother or father still likes violent movies so they don't want to get rid of those and they will watch sexually promiscuous shows with pleanty of naughty talk in front of their 3 year old child "oh he's playing with his lego he won't notice" >_< . But those 45 year old parents don't like next gen gamming (sure they played classic pinball as a kid). When that generation dies off politicians will start to change their tune.

Then again most young gammers are old enough to vote. we could tell them what we think WITH OUR VOTES.

Some kids can handel it some can't, I knew a kid once who's mother found that he couldn't so she made sure he would not even play teen rated games. He turned out fine and has never commited a violent act. I played the classic violent games (mk and the such) and i turned out fine. No one wants to admit they are bad parents , but their kids that turn out bad if they don't.
