well let's list..

Xbox - Halo, Gears of War, Forza are the only ones i can think of that made a real splash. please add if i have missed any good ones.

PS - Uncharted, Gran Tourismo, Last of Us, Heavy Rain, Two Souls, LBP, Journey, God of War, Metal Gear (if it still remains an exclusive), Ico and Shadow of Colossus. Have i missed any ?

the same applies to Blizzard as well.. and every other digital distributor.. with data being shifted over the ether increasingly in recent times, governments should look at changing the law a little bit to put digital goods on par with physical products and ensuring that the same consumer rights apply to both..

my friends account was hacked.. he only got to know it after his account was banned !!

he then got in touch with A'Net who restored his account.. only for him to find out that all his gold had been whisked away !

fortunately none of his gear was tampered with..

i agree mate.. there is much more violent media out there, particularly movies, that get a less than 18 certificate..
