Fallout 3 and The Orange Box are both better on the PC (the latter much moreso), but it might not be worth it if your computer can't handle it. Fallout 3 is fine, but I just can't recommend the console version of The Orange Box, though it is playable. Bayonetta did get patched and is highly recommended. It still has some problems, but they really get blown out of proportion by some people - you can play it just fine.

I haven't played Killzone 2 myself, but it is one of the PS3's most lauded shooters and has an active community, so go for it.

Does the OB look worse or are there just long loading times?

I agree it is better to know the truth. I guess it is better to get multiplats for PS3. Is Fallout 3 on PS3 really that bad and which version should I get?

I'd say the PC textures on low are probably worse due to the fact the PS3 uses both, but high more than low. And seeing how a PC actually has the setting to go on low, then there you go.
