What is the best PSN game for 10$ or less?

I am looking for a good RTS game to play and I want some recommendations. Nothing too old please. I was thinking about Total war games, World in conflict, Starcraft 2 and Company of Heroes. Your thoughts?

I much prefered the story of GOW2 and 3 over GOW1. Didnt really like the one in GOW1 but loved it in the sequels.

I am going to start playing Deus Ex for the first time and I want to know if I should mod it or not.
