For $5, I will probably pick up. Just revisited it on the PS4 and was having fun with just the solo questing, mixed in occasionally with multiplayer. I spent all my time just finishing the single player story the year it released. Now that I have a series X I will double dip.

Is this affecting the PC version only?

So Mafia 2 upgrade is only for Steam? I owned it on Xbox 360. That would not work?

Viking is perfect for where the series is going. Potential to be more vast then Odyssey. Multiple countries and cultures! Does it end in the Americas?

It looks like you get an extra skin and horse skin with digital deluxe over physical deluxe to make up for the steel case. You imply the goodies are the same.
