The Juggernaut kickback might actually be helpful with that. I used it earlier and it really was like I took no damage. I just stood there face to face with a juggernaut (on normal though) and we shot at each other until I ran out of ammo.
Only problem is that you move sooo slowly and you can't jump. Almost no chance of getting to teammates if they get downed.

More than the average maybe, but we had some crazy good randomers. One who had completed, I think it was, 800 crushing adventures and another who had completed over 5000. (not a typo, 5000!!!). Just a shame that the internet went screwy with the 800 guy and we ended up getting kicked, and the 5000 guy left us during the first part of the level. =(

I've tried that more than once, but it's never worked well for me. I always get shot and I can't line up a good shot. And a lot of times I can't even see their helmets so it's not even possible.
lol, we haven't gotten past the part with the turrets on crushing yet. We can do well enough until the mini-boss comes out. Last time we all died cause I screwed up...tried to run around and take out the last turret guy, but I couldn't get sully to grab the ledge to do one of those pull down kills. Guess I messed up the jump timing and I ended up getting downed before I could do it right.
