If I have a US psn and have an Australian ps3 will I be able to reddem my psn credit with an Australian psn card

Hey guys not so long ago I purchase call of duty black ops from ebay and it was the US version. I own an Australian ps3 with an Australian psn I was going to buy a $50 psn card and buy the first strike dlc then I heard something about dlc being region locked. Is this true does anyone know for a fact. I also saw something about it depending on what language it is if it uses the same language is this true?

Im trying to finish gta iv but its so damn hard.

Did anybody beat the story missions without cheating. I almost did but I cheated the whole way so I decided to restart it and not cheat so I can get trophies and play it properly.

I live in Australia there is no gamestop, is there anywhere else that I could get headsets for a good price.

What are the ps3 bluetooth headsets like? There pretty cheep so I want to know wether I should buy it.
