[QUOTE="Wanderer5"]

[QUOTE="FlamesOfGrey"]Considering that Grand Knights History revolves around online play, I don't blame Vanillaware. Who wants to waste time on a niche JRPG featuring online gaming with the way PSP software sells here in the West. Final Fantasy Type-0 just proves how bad the sales are since Final Fantasy is the best selling JRPG franchise in the West.FlamesOfGrey

Then why bother trying to bringing it overseas and getting people hopes up? It not like the issues with the PSP in the West started last year. Vanillaware should have just let it pass instead of letting Xseed go for it.

They obviously were on board but when it came time to actually hold up their end, Vanillaware decided meh, it's not worth it to halt development on Dragon's Crown to bring this game to the U.S. If the PSP had good software sales they would've done it. Look at Japan already tons of JRPG's this year and a few announced for next year 2013 already. The problem is companies are done risking it.

But surely all the investment had already taken place? How long would coding the English text take...a few days?

If anybody's devoting any energy to localising any PSP game, it should be Type-0. Or at least crappy Vanillaware helping XSeed finish up GKH.

Is it a heroin user simulation?

[QUOTE="SKaREO"] Are you paid to put a liberal spin on people's words? You do it so eloquently. Maybe you should advocate your political ideals on FOX News comments?SKaREO

nope, i just read what you see as cynical and ignorant trash and call you out on it.

People dont adapt to certain areas as well as others, thats life and for some reason with your statements like perhaps you'd prefer finger painting you assume said person is to an extent inferior to yourself because they do not agree with your statement or you do not agree with them, its insanely ignorant much like the good old drummers are cavemen and bassists are somehow failed guitarists.

Perhaps the OP should be so forgiving to others' tastes and stop stating his own opinions as a facts? You ignore the facts, forget about the topic at hand, and jump immediately into ad hominem attacks. Definitely a liberal.

Hey, don't lump us all together! Some of us are able to construct sensible, TOLERANT arguments without alienating the opposition. As for the topic at hand, I agree that strategy games require thinking, and are, like it or not, a more intellectual form of gaming. Whether or not it's everyone's cup of tea is, as already stated, their prerogative. But to assume it's "just another genre" that requires no more planning than most FPSs (for example) is just plain wrong.

Looks fine. It's as good as any handheld will get this year. Honestly, graphics are the least of the system's worries right now.

Damn...surely they sold more than that since February? F*ckin A, my favourite hardware of all time and this goes and happens. Good work Sony, way to get your A Team peaking with effing PS1 EMULATION. We can kiss that exclusive Bioshock goodbye, that's for sure.

[QUOTE="darkspineslayer"]5. Tekken 2 4. Metroid (NES) 3.Mega Man (NES) 2. Goldeneye 1. Metal Gear Solid I'll probably catch some hate for that last one.

Totally! Why MGS?

Meh. I think the unlockables in 3D Land were perfect, so Nintendo can afford to mess up once or twice.
