[QUOTE="FlamesOfGrey"]Considering that Grand Knights History revolves around online play, I don't blame Vanillaware. Who wants to waste time on a niche JRPG featuring online gaming with the way PSP software sells here in the West. Final Fantasy Type-0 just proves how bad the sales are since Final Fantasy is the best selling JRPG franchise in the West.FlamesOfGrey
Then why bother trying to bringing it overseas and getting people hopes up? It not like the issues with the PSP in the West started last year. Vanillaware should have just let it pass instead of letting Xseed go for it.
They obviously were on board but when it came time to actually hold up their end, Vanillaware decided meh, it's not worth it to halt development on Dragon's Crown to bring this game to the U.S. If the PSP had good software sales they would've done it. Look at Japan already tons of JRPG's this year and a few announced for next year 2013 already. The problem is companies are done risking it.
But surely all the investment had already taken place? How long would coding the English text take...a few days?
