And Is the HD-DVD drive worth it now that its 130?

I am thinking of replacing my HD DVD add on for a stand alone player (Say the HD-A30 or HD-A35), and since it comes with two movies packed in and five more via mail, it would make a very good value to me (also my HD DVD add on has problems).rctyke

360 has far more wide range of FPS's than PS3 doeswittbolds

The PS3 still does not have its killer app. Resistance is not a killer app. Neither is Ratchet and Clank. That doesnt mean those games arent good. Im sure they are VERY good. But killer apps get almost unanimous AAA ratings (like super mario galaxy and Gears of War), and, more importantly, they attract so much interest that they can sell huge amounts of consoles by themselves. If the PS3 had TWO killer apps in a little over a year, it would of AT LEAST reached 10 million units sold.

MGS will be the first killer app for the ps3. Maybe killzone 2 as well. But saying REsistance is a killer app is really stretching it.
