It's enabled. Starting to look to the modem again. I have a Motorola Surfboard Sb5101. It's not on the xbox.com list of compatible devices but that list is also grossly outdated. I've tried everything I can find in terms of the router and it still says moderate.Obinoe40You put the device in DMZ and it didnt work.... if thats the case you've got big problems.

only game i will pick up from there will be Burnout and thats where it endsstereointegrityBurnouts made by Criterion, while EA owns it, they're still seperate.
Theres no way to avoid it apart from common sense, even so, the chances of failure are very high so if you're worried then dont buy one.ok. so i might be getting a 360 this xmas, so i really need peoples worldly advise

[QUOTE="aajohnny"]what are ports?? Symphonycometh
A game originally made for an PC or console...and then transferred over for another console.
that is what a port is, however EA doesnt make them for the PS3. Your terminology is right but used in the wrong context.Dont use port forwarding, put the console in DMZ and itll work fine.Just wondering how to fix this. It's annoying me. I have a Linksys Router w/ Speedbooster, which is on the list of recommended routers by microsoft. I've been looking up and down over the router manuel but cannot find anything about it. Is there a setting I can change or am I doomed to buy a new router?
EDIT: After closer inspection I have discovered that my modem is not on the list of compatible devices. Likely, that's the problem.
