I expected generation defining graphics, I got something technically and visually inferior to console game released a few years ago. I know this is a 'beta', but with the game due out in March I don't see things improving dramatically. What's worse is that despite having subpar graphics the game can't keep a solid frame rate.

Not been a great year for platform exclusives, whereas multiplatform titles have fared much better.
This game looks amazing. Been playing the demo and the lighting, rain effects and texture work is top rate. A year ago had it been a platform exclusive it would have been in 'graphics king' contender in its genre.
Why won't MS fix the damn D-pad? Sony were managed to address their lackof rumble function, but Microsoft refuse to do anything about that awful D-pad (short of a limited edition green controller that is barely any better anyway).
The Xbox arcade was £99.99 briefly at Argos, but then went up to nearly £140. I would have thought with a new model coming out that there would be a clearance, but the prices inthe UK seem to be creeping higher and higher.
It was quite qidely rpeoted that the Arcade units would see a price drop in the run up to them being discontinued. Whatever happened to that?
What's they hype for this? There seems to be a of of talk about the graphics engine.
What's rumoured to be coming?

I never said it was a big deal, all I said was that Microsoft got it wrong when they thought single DVD capacity would be sufficent. PS3 will not have this problem because Sony planned well ahead and amde sure to use a next generation optical media.

Sony did plan well ahead....
Isn't it customary for place in a race to be determined after it is finshed? It's looking more like the 360 will slip to 3rd in sales.
