I just didn't find myself enjoying it. It felt like a bit of a grind really. Big city with nothing to do but worthless minigames, and the missions didn't really help, pretty dull. Mabye I have just lost intrest in GTA style games, or mabye I prefer the madness of SA, I really don't know.tek91

I liked the missions but your right when there are no missions there's not muchyo u can do but play minigames going on a rampage is nice and having fake internet is cool and funny, but I guess that was the case in all GTA at first it fun but after a while it got boring, but that's every game in general.

the added multiplayer is a bonus in GTA it wasn't done in the previous and does add more repetition.

It's awesome. I haven't played the others after GTA2, so I can't compare those, but I love GTAIV so far (about 40% in). I remember the GTA1 days, when I use to try to get as many cops after me as possible and kill them, kill citisens and wait for the ambulance guys to come so I could kill them too (so I could go "no helping, you bastards"). I can't do that anymore.. It's too realistic. Kind of takes the fun out of that.

Yes that was fun I tried that now with Niko it's a bit more challenging I managed to get 5 stars I started sniping from a rooftop and killing cops then sniping the helicopters and watch it fall and crash and then jumping from the rooftop before my energy was up ahh good times :).

I been hearing here how alot of people don't like GTA IV for it's realism and I think the realism is the best part I find GTA IV better than all the other GTAs combined for instance GTA San Andreas was good but when you saw Carl Johnson parachute and have a plane hit a canyon I was like gimme a break, or what about the stupid toy cars and plane missions with bombs, I do admit I love the first part of San Andreas the hood but when it got to redneck city and started being ridiculous I got turned off I did like the Las Venturas part though.

GTA IV is realistic and beautiful look at Coney Island wow and the missions are good, fun and challenging and they don't have you doing goofy missions I think it's the best one and the story is awesome ?

Asfor the next GTA I hope they make it realistic also I would also add in online the ability instead of just shooting and killing to socialise like home and play with friends online and offline pool, bowling, darts, strip club, comedy clubs, I would like Rockstar to add basketball again put in handball, dominoes, chess and checkers.

also being able to have online friends join you in mission would be awesome :)

It's kinda true the xbox exclusive lineup for 09 is sad the only exclusives that I see are Halo War, the grand theft auto expansion pack and the RROD it's like the xbox is not even trying, the ps3 will have God of War 3, Uncharted 2, Tekken 6, Killzone 2, Flower, Final Fantasy XIII among other games not to mention the awesome Library of AAAA titles and AAA already in the library Metal Gear Solid, Little Big Planet, Resistance 2, Uncharted which dominated 08 all 360 had was Halo 3 and Gears 2 as exclusives don't get me wrong they are great games but don't compare to the PS 3 lineup.

I believe the only reason the 360 is winning the sales is because of the price of PS 3 and the collapsing economy if it was about quality and the merchandise no doubt ps3 would own as you all know when PS 3 dropped their prices they were head to head in sales with the 360 then the 360 did a smart move and dropped their prices more. I personally believe if the PS 3 were to lower it's price and keep showing the true potential of the PS 3 it would leave 360 in the dust just like the PS 2 did with the original xbox.
