Knowing I would be starting college in January (Missed enrollment and what not for fall semester), I went ahead and bought a Wacom pen tablet. I figured it would be smart to get it early and get accustomed to using it before actually starting. It arrived today and I must say, Zbrush is a whole lot easier to use now.

Renders incoming from some Zbrush training DVDs I've had for months but was unable to use because it is nearly impossible to use Zbrush without a pressure sensitive input. Just give me a couple weeks while I get those made.

So, I got bored with that ranger at level 15 and went back to my assassin. I got her to level 30 tonight. Yes, I know I'm slow but I have been working on a 3D model that I will show you all when I finish. Have some screens of the assassin!

Hey everyone. I got Age of Conan a couple weeks back and I started an assassin. I got that character to level 21 then got bored with not having people to play with. This sparked a change after listening to GFW Radio and Legendary Thread. For those who don't know, these are the PC gaming and MMO podcasts from 1UP.com

So, what I did, after seeing that I was on a different server than those guys, is make a ranger on their server. Currently I am up to a whole level 13. It is a little boring having already done the single player content for the rogue archetype. Hopefully the fun will soon ensue after I get out of that bit at level 20 and get to run around with some others. Have some screenshots. I have all settings maxed including AA. I get a consistent 55+ FPS so it is all good this way. :D

It's been awhile. Hello folks! I have no excuse as to why I haven't posted anything lately except that I haven't felt like it lately. Some good news is here though..

The 19" widescreen monitor I had for just one year went out a week or so ago. Sounds bad right? NO! That monitor breaking gave me the excuse I needed to order new PC parts. Seeing as my PC is only a year old, I didn't need much. I had already upgraded the video card and power supply once I got it but it's even better now. Well...as soon as the stuff gets here.

Never heard of the brand for the monitor but it had TONS of great reviews on Newegg.

I also got another 2GB of RAM a month or so ago. That put me up to 3GB.

Now just to add a quick message for The_Antipode:

The moment I saw the video of you playing guitar, I had to buy one. When I was a lot younger, my dad bought my brother and I an electric guitar. I was a little to young and impatient to give it a real shot. So, what I did was order a guitar from Musician's Friend. It got here about a month ago and I have been teaching myself what I can with the means I have. This is just to let you know that you got me off my butt and made me do something I've wanted to do for many years. It is much appreciated.

Also, please keep making videos. I check the blog every couple of days. Just remember, don't get too frustrated with the practice. You could never be as bad as me! :D

Vasoline is one of the worst songs on the game. Not because I am stuck on it (even though I am) but because I hate the band and the song is terrible.

You have to know the song to play it on expert and I have only heard the song 3 times. The 3 times it took me to beat it on hard..

Finally beat run to the hills and next to you on hard drums today.

Already halfway through expert before I finished those 2 songs.
