I am still in Kansas but I figured I would post here and let you people - the whole 2 of you - that I have xbox live now. I don't know how long I will have it because I am borrowing someones wireless adapter so I can steal a neighbors bandwidth. I don't have anything too exciting to play because I have little to no say in what my brother and his wife buy. They only come to me if they want a game and they ask if it is any good. (Since I keep up with reviews and whatnot.)

Let's see. Right now all I have with any type of online PLAY is Crackdown and Saint's Row. Rented Gears of War last weekend. It was...okay. Sure the visuals make me smile and all, but the gameplay + story in single player sucks. Didn't get a chance to play online but we had 2 360s system linked the other night with projectors pointed at the walls. :P

I will warn you about crackdown though..my profile, which has 4 star skills, isn't the live profile. If you know of any way to connect to xbox live using a profile that was made BEFORE joining live, let me know. XD

Well people, I finally know exactly when I will be going to visit my brother in Kansas. He is going to be down here on the 16th and we are leaving to go back to Kansas on the 22nd. Yes, this month.

Now, why am I telling you all this, you may be asking yourself.
The simple answer is, he does not have cable or any type of internet. So, I will not be around for at least 2 weeks. I hope I don't miss much action on here or anything.

As some of you know, I am involved in HDTP. A revamping project for the PC version of Deus Ex. I am here to provide you with some updates before I head off to bed.

We got a new Character Modeler/Texturer. He is damn good, if a little stubborn at time.

Okay, so I was talking to Stephanime and Juliaryder last night in the UGUU forum and decided to make a sig for myself. I haven't made a sig for a very long time (2 years) but use photoshop frequently. I just wanted to post it here and see what you people thought. ^_^




Okay, I was just informed that it was not showing up correctly for 'some people'. That is because IE handles PNG files differently than firefox. If you see grey under the border, where the hand sticks out, you are using IE. It might do the same thing with other browsers but I am not going to check. I use firefox, and it displays it how I made it. :P

Hey guys and girls. It has been awhile hasn't it?

So, for a update I will start with how my thanksgiving was. I left my home in Texas on thursday morning to go to oklahoma. I was going there to have thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family, who I have never met. Even my parents hadn't talked to them for 15 years.

I was nervous of course because I didn't know what to expect. It turns out that they were wonderful people.

Saturday came eventually came and it was time to go home. Right before we left, I asked if I could stay. I was truly surprised when I was told yes by everyone.

So, I am sitting here at my dad's mom's house. Playing F.E.A.R. on her computer and watching TV.

I am not sure how long i will be staying here, but I know it will be a few weeks.

Now for other news. Today is my brother's birthday. He is 21 today! (WOO! right?) He is in Kansas so I don't get to punch him any for now.

My birthday is Thursday, I will finally be considered an adult by these stupid people. (I'll be 18 if you don't get that.)

I hope I havn't missed anything totally awesome on here since I have been away!! See you guys in the chat rooms on Thursday...if I am around. hehe

Been awhile right?
Anyways, I decided to post a blog to update you people, the whole 4 of you, on the "Where's John" stuff. I havn't had the time to get the file off of my other pc because I have a strict deadline for the work I am doing currently. A bit of freelance stuff - need to make that money right?

Anyways, I will have the time when I wake up later today to get it and post it. That is, if you still want to see it.

I made a big mistake and reactivated my WoW account. After watching 8 hours of it on Saturday, I had a strong urge to play it.

Next on the list, games. I havn't had time to play much but I beat Okami for a 2nd time the other day. Next on the game list is Bully. Going to finish that up before I buy anything new. I will have to buy Final Fantasy XII tomorrow for my mom though because she is a FF fanatic.

Maybe tomorrow I will have time to show you guys what I have been working on in the 3D sector. ;)

But for now, I am going to sleep.
