Grand Theft Auto will always be a console game to me. The only way to get the best experience is on a gamepad.

I honestly think most GTA games play better with a mouse a keyboard, especially when shooting from a car/bike in GTA:IV.

When I was a teenager back in the 90's, no one really cared what you gamed on and there certainly wasn't the rivalry there is today. I guess that's because it was the start and everything was a bit crap really.

Playing without cheats that is, there's something scary about wasting your free time trying to make a virtual character successful at life.

Definitely depends on the platform.

On the consoles used game sales hurt devs the most. On the PC piracy hurts devs more.

The biggest maps in Battlefield 3 which everyone is like "omg the maps are huge" are only equal to about half a BF2 map..Zlychop

I think that's an improvement tbh.... bigger isn't always better.

Are you playing on full draw distance?

My game always crashes when I play on full, change to normal and it should be fine.

i'd rather they bring back planes than give us horses. i saw those in red dead, and they're not as much fun as vehiclesprinceofshapeir

I dunno... chucking a throwing knife at your friends donkey while he's riding it was pretty god damn hilarious.

this is why i love consoles, no hassle with the little time i have for gaming. just pop in the game and its gauranteed to work and provide my hour or so of interactive entetainment. no need to go to forums and ask for others peoples specs and wonder why my game is only running at 38fps, or why my textures and AA aren't looking up to par.

Even your example of undesirable performance on PC is still better than consoles.

Dw OP, I found it amusing.

I'm a PC gamer but tbh the racing sim genre is the one time I side with the consoles.

PC racing sims do have better simulation, but Forza and GT have heaps of cars, upgrades, tracks and lots of other things like Forza's robust community features and livery editor and GT5's...... uhhh. Yeah but anyway I like console racing sims better.
