Fair review. Reviews should reflect the game's state as it is released at launch and not what it could/can be later when a patch would be released.

And...

This is a remastered collection of games. Games that were patched and fixed back then. It shouldn't be broken again nor should it be majorly broken. When a remastered is as broken as a new game/IP, something is critically wrong. How many remastered games are majorly broken? Barely any.

Fair review. You're reviewing the state of the game as it was launched and how it should be when it's launched. If the game gets updated, the review shouldn't be updated and it's the developer's fault for not releasing a game in a good state back then.
