did you possibly accidently bind ~ to another key or maybe that key is dead on your keyboard or something
go to options advanced and theres an option to enable console or its under controls advanced i forgot
I was very dissapointed by the beta. The ranking system isn't very great and i think the guns are way tooooo big. The graphics are really nice but it's crap compared to other games.
