I really like using the SIXAXIS to control it, but I'm honestly no good at flying with it. So, I think I'll do analog on ranked matches and start getting used to SIXAXIS controls on unranked.

Another halo, *yawn*. Shinier graphics, a couple new weapons and vehicles, same gameplay.

It takes a bit of a failure to try something new to make it better and revive the franchise, and after the first Killzone, I'm sure they're doing everything in their power to make the gamplay in KZ2 much, much more immersive and compelling. I'm looking forward to it, but I guess the main thing is you can't really make too many assumptions before trying a demo with it. You kinda know what to expect with Halo.

True.

Warhawk is a great experience. Its so easy to just pick up and play anytime, and flying a Warhawk or Nemesis is imo hands down, the best vehicle I've ever played. In any game. Ever. Hovering up from below a tank on a bridge and then blasting it with missiles is oh so very cool.

My tv also has a max resolution of 1080i, and I have beaten R:FoM, watched 300 on it and just started playing Warhawk. It all looks gorgeous, HOWEVER, I have to note, there is a very noticeable change in quality from component cables to HDMI. Component looks really good, but HDMI is great. So, whether or not your TV has HDMI, you're fine, but hands down, buy a PS3 if it does.

It deserves it. ITs a great, fun game. black_awpN1

Couldn't agree more! Its not perfect, a compelling single player campaign imo would have made it an instant classic on par with Goldeneye, FFVII or *gasp* Halo. Doesn't matter though! This is a game that I could just pick up the controller at any point in time and just waste the day away. . .

Hi, I figured that some people on this board might have some suggestions or advice for me. I'm looking to get an entertainment center that can be locked, so I can protect my PS3 and my buddies' 360. Also, I have a decent LCD tv that I would like to chain or lock to that as well. Any suggestions on where I should look for an affordable solution to this?

That's really stupid to wait for a $100 price drop that probably won't come until late 2008 at best when there are like 20 games worth getting from now until then. You're going to pay hundreds more on games/accessories I don't see why people complain so much about the initial cost being high...... PS3 at $500 being by far the best deal for consumers period makes it just stupider.Lazy_Boy88

Its never stupid to try and save money if cash is tight for you. Besides, PS3 games might come down in price a bit by then. I'm sure Gamestop will have an alright selection of used launch games, for instance, RFoM. I want a PS3 really bad, but living expenses come first, and when the PS3 is affordable again, and the 80gig version drops in price, I will get one. But not before then.
