In addition, this thread is pointing out how much the concept of Home has improved, which is quite a lot from the initial impressions, imo.

I'm not pretending. Home makes absolutely no sense, either to have or to use. All it is, is a 3D interface, nothing else. Are you are so starved for enjoyment that you must "play with" a 3D avatar of yourself acting out all the menial tasks you need to do to access your stored content?

There are so many other features Sony could've added had they not wasted their time making something as superficial as Home. THAT is what I'm lamenting. Home is something that you will use for a month, then get tired of and abandon in favor of a more streamlined solution, like universal messaging and in-game XMB. It's a bandaid for Sony's incidental problems, meant to entrance the easily impressed so that their sales wouldn't fall FURTHER down the tank (although their sales situation has gotten better lately).

Jeez, you're willing to jump through any number of hoops to put a negative spin on this, aren't you? In game XMB is coming. The XMB is quite a streamlined interface as is, and Home is just an innovative idea that Sony decided to run with, and present it as part of the PS3 product.

I'm sure Sony has enough resources to both work on Home and other aspects of the PS3, its interface, and the PSN all at the same time. There's PlayTV for Europe, and there is the rumored aesthetical changes to the PS Store, which are most likely not bogus. I would also expect Remote Play to be improved in the future as well, along with the catalog of classic and original games on the store.

Spin it all you want, but its hard to deny things are looking up for PS3 owners at this time.

Did Capcom directly handle the port or did they put it in the hands of another company? Either way, doesn't change the fact that this was irresponsible on capcom's part.

Debatable, but regardless, the problem has been taken care of in my case.
