I have an Xbox 360 game code for Black Ops 2 that came with my Xbox 360 I bought, and my friend has an Xbox Live account that he can download to my Xbox 360. If he redeemed the game code on my system, could all the non-Xbox Live accounts on it play it?

I recently bought an Xbox 360 E in August, and lately it's been buzzing whenever i play ANY disc. Should I be worried?
