Yeah, i just paid £400 for EVGA gtx 1070 superclocked, my previous gfx had died on me so the purchase was essential.... then 5 days later i get an email from the company i bought it from saying it was on sale with -£40 wtf :(

@GTR12: Only because the aftermarket cooler mount is broken and I've been too cheap to replace it, lol, so it's running on stock cooling just now hence the reason for no overclock. I've had that chip well past 4ghz.
@appariti0n: That was my first thought but I have other plans for the i5, it's going into another case to be used for watching YouTube and doing google hangouts.
Thanks for the help.
Having a look around at some benchmarks i think i`ll go with the Ryzen 1600....
Its cheaper than the intel -£35
Comes with cooler, again saving ~£25
and going with the Asus prime b350 motherboard i can save £55
and its easily overclockable to ~4ghz
Hi guys, so the time has come to upgrade my gaming pc.. i have already ordered a EVGA GTX 1070 SC.
I`m currently rocking the i5-2500k at stock speed... still going strong :)
I have ~£500 for the upgrade.
Is it worth waiting for the new coffee lake cpu? or just upgrade now?
I`m looking at...
i5-7600k £224
msi z270 gaming pro £140
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4-2666 16GB £135
Any reason for waiting for the new intel... and more important would the new cpu/mobo/ram fit within budget.
I`ll wait for the forums to give reviews but i can see myself getting it (unless its ~£5)
Has gta done a successful port to pc? (do they even give a **** about pc?)
Why wait so long to port?
After gta4 i lost faith... constant re-installs, windows live, wiped saved games, not compatible with cross-fire.
(newb) so whats the fuss on the summer sale?
Also, anything worth watching out for?
Yes, go for it!!
I just spent £700 upgrading my pc and its not as good as the one your getting.
I`ve been having problems with punkbuster since the patch... get kicked and banned for 2 minutes. One of them is something to do with md5 tool and another one cant mind the name.
scratched by a tiger obv!

Looks good, but there might be a problem with your keyboard - It seems to lack the shift key or full stop key.
Yeah 61 is fine, as a rule of thumb anything under 70 at load is good.
