They really are totally different but in my opinoin it goes like this(i had MP1 BTW and i played Echoes at a freinds house)

HALO is just a fps and pc has many of those so wii would give me more even 3 year old pc games have better graphics than halo3 farcry looks way better

Dude that game has Great graphics but Halo 3 Standerd? naa infact that was the very first DEMO i downloaded when i got my new PC very hard game, and i like the idea of going different paths and stuff

But graphics in Halo 3 win over Far Cry from PC plus bungie has a all new geomtry engine that can render up to 12 miles(around Oblivion size) all at once

BTW Resistance 1 is pertty average and Call of Duty 3 was only ok as well.......though ifnity ward is doing 4 so it might be good

Not all of them put together. 3 major titles will surely out-hype 1. Don't get me wrong, i'm looking forward to Halo 3 and will buy it of course, but let's be honest. Over seas halo is nothing against Nintendo's giants.

But in NA and Europe............im putting my bet on Halo 3

Who cares? Halo 3 will just be another overrated FPS game like the other two were... this one will just be prettier. If Galaxy is as good as the people who played it says it is, it could very well turn attention away from Halo.

Not to mention the fact that the controls in Metroid could be so well executed that it makes the dual stick setup seem clunky and downright unfun.

.... I'm giving you a hard time, i know Halo will be huge, I just hate the series.

Halo 2 had created the most hype ever in Entertainment spotlight with 125 millions dollars worth of profits on the first day(more than any other game/movie) i would say the hype is going to be big....very big

Btw Halo 2 was pretty bad, But Halo 1 was the BOMB!!

Thats true, the part about halo 2 getting alot of hype, but this is mario.  If any game can take focus off of Halo it's Mario, for the first time in many years Mario has a huge anticipated release on a console that is selling extremely well.  I mean, Halo may have all that entertainment spotlight, but Mario not only has a place in every gamers heart but it has more "best game of all time" titles in the series then any franchise ever.

And who knows, maybe it will bridge the gap between all those "non-gamers" and gamers. 

I do though still belive at this point and time that Halo 3 will be more hyped than Mario.......though like i said we will have to wait and see
