@HD_ITeRRoRiZeI: Killzone Shadowfall looks absolutely gorgeous so the power and technology is available, they seem to struggle with multiplatform games however. It's not just the resolution that is lacking though in new games, you have a full range of graphic options being lowered or not present at all. Fallout 4 for example looks really good at ultra, the god rays make outdoor scenes look insanely beautiful especially when a storm comes in, I played it for a few hours on xbox one with a friend and I couldn't believe how bad it looked, I know it's not all about the graphics but I'm sure everyone would love to play these games how they were meant to be played and not toned down.
@Vizard666: I wouldn't expect people to switch, I just think it's unfair to console owners they have to pay so much for a sub par experience and have to pay subscription fees on top.
This generation of consoles is shocking and the thing is they aren't even that cheap. You can save a lot of money when it comes to buying games on PC, last week alone I got fallout 4 for £28, Black Ops 3 for £25 and Assassins Creed Syndicate preorder for £15. In the money I've saved on games over past 2 years my PC has effectively paid for itself. I got both consoles on day of release and both cost close to the price of a half decent PC build.
@elmdreamer: on PC for me Fallout 4 is better with a controller. The shooting isn't hectic enough to really gain any advantage with a mouse and even on very hard there is a slight aim assist.
@turbojugend16: I've played it about 15-20 hours so far and haven't come across any bugs apart from I killed a guy in vats who then shot up into the air never to be seen again.
@deviltaz35: 1440p at ultra gives about 50 fps average, was even hitting 60 but can't maintain it and I like to play with vsync on. Really well optimised even on first day ;) With vsync off at 1080p fps goes above 100 in some areas outside.
