@pongley The funny thing, is that its not a renaissance as far as new games on the PC, more of digital sales. Allot of games are now coming to ever system, with a tiny bit of them only on single.
@queuing_for_PS4 @thelordofpower @Deadman_est1982 Thats true. But allot of other companies have that same issue. I mean in general i think there will be less of an impact from the current generation to the next one. I just dont see people going WOW. I think people are finally getting that graphics are nothing huge. What i do see in the new systems is the ability to fix old problems, which will probably come with creating a bunch of new ones.
@queuing_for_PS4 @Deadman_est1982 You do get that Nintendo offers things to people that the other two dont. To me it has always been. Microsoft or Sony and then Nintendo, they are not a third choice, they are Nintendo. Probably the reason i look at it that way is because about 80% of games come out for Xbox and the PS together, the % is very different went you look at Nintendo and the other two.
@skipper847 So thats about 36 years ago. So using that math, lets see......in 2050 the PS3 will be that old, and by then we would have 5 more playstations. I dont know about you, but i dont think my entertainment room is going to have that much "room" in it anymore.
@Abanaa @hughobrien @lge777 I think with time you set the bar higher and higher. Like ArchAge is an mmo that is adding a bunch of "new" things. Even the mmo Wildstar though looking the same as say WoW or GuildWars at least offers player housing and other different changes. The question is, are the things they add or tweak enough to keep you playing like you did when you first got in to your favorite MMO.
@Khalidosan What hole game audience? the rate phone games the same way, they just dont plaster it on the front page. This game has got popular news behind it, so they put it top center.
