This is funny how everyone says SFV was bare bones and metacritic gave IT good reviews, but Mario Tennis Ultra Smash had that small amount of content too (which everyone complained about), but it got bad scores.

I guess the developers' couldn't beat Ryu's Shoryuken, so they made it hard to get the new characters. :)

I'd say Dark Souls 3. The game might be great, but seriously? If I see another WatchMojo top 10 games of the year with a Dark Souls game in the #1 spot, I might flip.

These are 2D and 3D platformers. A few are sidescrollers, but you do run up, down, left, and right, and jump from place to place. So they can be considered sidescrollers, but I meant to say plaformers in general. Sorry for the confusion.

Edit: Crash basically is kind of a sidescroller, but more of an up and down one instead of right and left.

Remember, these are just the major platformers (1 from each major developer), so if there is something else you like that isn't super major like the franchises above(like another platformer from the same developer), just click the others section.
