Do you have a play and charge kit plugged in? Or do you have the background downloader on (or what ever it's called) if so the 360 can stay on to finish downloading content or charging your controller.

If its downloading it will flash the power symbol every few minutes, if you have a charge kit plugged in the power system will stay on but the box its self is only running power through it to charge.

I think rape is wrong regardless, but I'm going to have less sympathy toward a prisoner being raped in regards to a girl or kids.

It really confuses me. I shut it down, go to bed and in the morning, the thing is turned on. Even with the automatic shut off at six hours, it still remains on. I'm I the only one having this problem?

Happened to me too. I finally just gave up. This happened the last time we had a voting thing and I didn't get the emblem for that either.
