I just picked up a Gria... They join you like everyone else. Check the second area (the regions after the airship) toward the end of the year. For the Seeq, check the Aldana Range toward the end of the year.

I'm looking for some tactical RPGs because I've recently realized this is my genre of choice. Any suggestions?

I suppose it doesn't have to be limited to the PSP but I'm looking to get a PSP so I thought I'd post here first.

Kratos is cooler but I've never seen him blow a hole in a mountain, move at super speed, or make nearby objects repel and levitate in awe of his power when he draws near.

Naruto can do those things and realistically, he would win. It's like asking "Who would win? Goku or Dante from DMC?" Of course Goku is more powerful but lots of people will still say Dante because they like him more. You can't compare anime heroes to game-specific heroes.
