I would guess the holidays as well.

The C-stick works excellently for me and I am liking the auto-brightness feature. So when the OP is crapping on those things definitely makes me wonder if there's a lot of negative for the sake of being negative going on here. I'm liking the New 3DS XL quite a bit, no complaints. I haven't played MK7 so I can't comment on using the shoulder buttons in that, but the shoulder buttons work fine in MH4U.
Splatoon amiibo would be pretty cool, I'd probably gravitate more toward the MH ones. I'd be pumped for a Batman line of amiibo. Oh and an amiibo of Maxwell from Scribblenauts. Another idea might be to release an amiibo or two that would be compatible with Bravely Second when that comes to America and Europe.
QOL will probably be doa. Nintendo is not in the best of shape right now.
Interesting theory regarding QOL platform. If Nintendo makes some innovative health gadgets, then throws them on Ellen and wherever else, I would expect sales aplenty (and then some more). I know I'll be interested in whatever they release just because I'm a bit on the health-conscious side.
Yup it's been selling great. The Walmart I bought mine from today had about 6 of them in stock though, I'm glad they weren't sold out.
I decided to go for the new 3DS XL. Sadly there were no copies of MH4U at the store I went to, so for now I only have Zelda: A Link Between Worlds for the system. I'll be getting MH soon enough. I can't tell how well the C-button (I saw it referred to as button rather than stick on Gonintendo) is going to work yet. It seems to be fairly sensitive just from testing it out on the menu screen. I'll find out when I have MH anyway.
The main reason I decided on the new model is because I didn't know how bulky the 3DS XL was going to feel with the circle pad pro added in the mix.
You know what, whoever thought that C-Stick nub was a good idea needs to be bitch slapped a few times. Trying to use that stick in MH4U is extremely difficult because it doesn't always follow the moment you're inputting. Or it moves in a inconsistent speed. Why do Nintendo half-ass its products instead of going all the way? If you're gonna add a C-stick, do it right the first time....
Have you given the C-stick a fair shake or just writing it off? Not wanting to sound rude but I'm getting a 3DS in a couple of days and I'm still unsure if I'm getting new 3DS XL or 3DS XL + circle pad pro. I'm starting to lean toward getting the circle pad pro, I've used that before and know it works fine. I don't care about improved 3D and processing power nearly as much as having solid controls for the Many hours I'll be pumping into MH4U.
I'm thinking about buying a PS3 but am wondering how the online community works. I'm a Nintendo fan and I really like sharing screen shots on Miiverse. Is there a way to share screen shots on PS3? Are there message boards akin to what is available with Miiverse? Any info is much appreciated.
Nintendo's goal isn't how a game looks, IE DS/DSi/3DS/3DSXL/Wii/Wii U
Tell that to Super Mario Galaxy; excellent looking Wii game (imo, of course).
Wow if true I'll be pleasantly surprised. I hope this will encourage Ubisoft to start publishing more games for Wii U.
