I'm 16 and thats the worst Support line I've ever used... It asks for some Numaric garbage and Then Leaves you waiting... its by far the worst support line out of the three gaming companys... Sonys was great to me..

I already called there... and they ask for some numaric message (or somthing like that.... and I have no idea what to put...) Is 1-800-469-9209 The right numbers to push for the phone number???
