thref2004's forum posts
I'm not a very big fan of poetry, so I really couldn't critique your work. A little tip though, most peopel on gamespot will just say "lol emo" and move on to a different thread. I'm sure there is a forum where people share and critique poetry.
www.thepoetsanctuary.net is just one I found pretty fast.
The only movie that has really made me cry was I Am Sam. Others have made me tear up, but that's the only one that I can really remember. Maybe it was the fact that I was watching it at a friends house and it was quite embarassing. Only game I've ever teared up over was MGS3.
Edit: Oh yeah, I cried watching My Dog Skip when I was 6-7ish because Skip died :( Thanks for bringing up a horrible childhood memory. Poor Skip...
[QUOTE="thref2004"][QUOTE="_Marisa_"][QUOTE="thref2004"]I'm not very fit aswell, and I get teased sometimes aswell, in and out of gym class. mostly it's just my friends messing around and I don't care, so i don't know exactly what you feel. But from experience with others teasing me I find it's best to just ignore it or laugh along, and stick with your friends. If none of your friends are in your PE class, try hanging out with some of the other overweight kids._Marisa_
That's the thing, though, she's not overweight at all...
Ah, I should've read her other posts before, sorry. If they're just making fun of you for looking weird, the only thing I can think of is to conform. I know it may sound retarded, but kids are screwed up and they sometimes will totally ignore someone because of the way they dress. Other then that, all I can say is stick with your friends, and maybe talk to your teacher/principal/grade counselor.
That's what I don't get, I've seen her picture and she's very beautiful. So the conclusion I came to was that they're either A) Homosexuals in disguise or B) Have a secret crush on her
I haven't seen a picture, but I'll take your word for it. I'll have to agree with you on the crush part then. But the thing is, if that guy's hitting you, there's somethign seriously wrong and you need to tell your grade councelor ASAP. That also kinda cancles out the crush part. I think you're just dealing with some screwed up kids that just like to see people suffer. I'm all out of tips here. I really hope you can get it worked out, I've seen plenty of this happen at my school, and even seen kids hurt themselves/run away becasue of it. Stick tight, talk to some adults, and if you ever need to talk to someone, hit me up with a PM and I'll listen whenever. I've found it helps talking to people, even more when you're anonymous to them.
