AMD had an offering that no one could compete with at the level of performance they have. The APU has both the CPU and the GPU together in a compact package. Although AMD CPUs are not as advanced as Intel offerings everyone knows how much more important the GPU is for gaming performance and AMD has excellent GPUs. I'm excited so see these new consoles.
