It’s 1 of the single best things they can be doing for the pandemic… if nothing’s been made more abundantly clear after 9 months into the pandemic it’s that the majority of the population is overwhelmingly….not rational (I want to say something much worst.)
Anything that’s gonna keep people the hell away from other people is the 1 and only key to not feeding the fire. There’s a reason why every electronic/home comfort item is sold out in America…Sony would probably start receiving death threats if they delayed it any further.
I wish any of this actually equated or pointed to it being a fun game. From my experience; the less voice acting or any resemblance to a movie = funner games.
I don’t care how many actors or languages are featured in it, so unless I can blow out Keanu Reeves brains everywhere for all the suck ass movies I watched, it just loses more points from me and leads me to believe it’ll just be another overhyped game. Definitely keeping my expectations low on this one so I’m not similarly disappointed as I was with Witcher 3.
I’m officially no longer hyped for the PS5, similarly for when a game is overhyped… I only need to know the basic, factual information pertaining to said product, and then stfu until its availability.
The people who will be dropping $500-1000 on this are grown ass men (and women) who don’t have the time or patience for any games or bullshit, especially when we got a pandemic and other matters to contend with.
So yeah, I don’t wanna see another thing about the PS5 until I know I can purchase one…even then I don’t care, I just know I’m getting one… only reason it’ll be sooner than later is because my PS4 Pro is basically garbage…You know when something is obsolete when its no longer compatible with the rest of your gear or performs noticeably worst, and when you have to have multiple devises for various tasks, even for something as simple as streaming....and its just another source of aggravation when you need a damn flashlight just to see behind the thing and locate all the different ports…Hopefully the PS5 will be more accessible and easier to operate.
Oh, and for those considering the digital-only version, you’ll only be setting yourself up for some pricey games in the future, especially with the increase for next-gen games…Goodluck finding good deals on the PSN store when they’ll still be listed for $70, six months after release. With all the money they’ll be making from digital sells (rip offs) they should just give it away for free.
When you hear its a direct sequel to 2010's Black Ops, you first think “Oh joy”…but the big difference between now and 2010 COD is they weren’t doing too much, or being too greedy. I fully expect this to be an equally big cluster ****.
Yes, there’s incredibly basic, yet crucial details that have yet to be revealed which I find more annoying than things like price which have zero influence on my decision making.
Like…what exactly will the transition be like for existing PS4 owners/PSN accounts?
I’ve actually been holding out on selling my PS4 in the event that I’ll need it to make sure all my accounts carry over without a hitch.
I’d also like to know what its capable of in terms of being an entertainment system appropriate for next gen….will it be able to replace my Nvidia TV Pro? I seriously doubt it; outside of playing UHD discs & games but thats it.
