@sellingthings: Just because Sony is one of the first to do it doesn't mean it was necessary for them to. Go compare sales of the PS4 and XB1 and tell me Sony is scared or threatened or needs to do something drastic to get sales, go on, I'll wait.

@sellingthings: They've outsold the XB1 by a 2:1 margin WORLDWIDE. You think they HAD to release the PS4 Pro? You're dumber than a sack of left handed hammers if you believe that.

If you have a lead like Sony does, you don't HAVE to do anything, you can keep doing what you're doing. The Pro is basically just an overclocked PS4 anyway, so it's not like it costs Sony tons-o-money to do it.
