buy a good mb with at least pci-e 16x

pcie 2.0 will let you use all newest vcards, but the real performance difference between both pcie techs its practicly none ... sad, isnt?

the answer was told : BOTTLENECK

the 9800gtx is far better than 9500 (even those with 1gb of vram), because of stream procesors, the first one have 128 and the 9500 only 32, so youll get lots of trouble in shaders subjects, recent games need at least a shader model 3 so tu run fine, at least 128st procesors youll need

one of mines its a core 2.4, 3gb ddr3 ram, and a ge-force 7300le (lamer), vista ux64sp1

the game runs horrible, like 7fps, all detail minimum, and after a while the camera moves in "drunk" effect, every car i get on get the engine smoked ( only when i drive it ) and the brakes dont work ... is there a tool for gta4 performance? or someting that decrease the shaders ( i think that the ge73 sucks too ) and something to delete the cameraand driving problems? please
