I bought the DS Nerf armor and put it on today. Only problem: impossible to remove. This thing will protect your DS yes, protect it like a stalking ex-girlfriend! Once you get it on, it's nearly impossible to remove. Once I put it on I quickly realized that I didn't dig it that much but when I tried to take it off it turned into a two hour ordeal. The little plastic tabs holding to to the DS are so tight and the plastic is so inflexible, it practically pulls the clear shell of the DS apart when you try to take it off. Finally I had to CAREFULLY saw the plastic hinges apart and use plyers to gently and gradually tear the plastic shell off. I nearly tore the DS hinges apart trying to take it off with my fingers.
After I finally got it off, I kept the bottom piece after I filed down the little tabs holding it to the DS so I could put it on and off easily without it snapping on. The bottom makes a nice soft holder, and makes the DS easier to hold, about the size of a DS phat. But I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I really thought I was going to break my DS before I got it off, and I sighed a huge relief when I finally managed to remove it without damaging my DS.

Just kidding! I wish....
How many people think that a sequel to Metroid Prime Pinball using the Light and Dark worlds of Metroid Prime 2 would kick ass?? I can hear that cool theme from Torvus Bog right now in my head. Metroid Prime Pinball 1 was great and I always hoped they'd make another.
I can still dream I guess...
Anyone agree with me?
It seems that whichever Zelda people first played is the one they liked best. My first and fave was the Windwaker, so great!
From what I hear all recent Zelda games are somewhat the same. To me TP felt repetetive, it was fun for awhile, but as it's a long game, I just got bored of it after a while.
Also reading what characters say in the game is so annoying...it's time for some real audio voices. This is a complaint Gamespot had with TP and I completely agree.
Actually I just got my DS online for the first time.
How do I know what my friend code is for Metroid Prime:Hunters? Where do I find this number? Anyone?
Metroid 2 Return of Samus
Resident Evil 2 and 3
I just recently got a wireless router and got my DS online. Which DS games that have WiFi provide a satisfying experience for online play? I already have MP:Hunters, and MarioKart DS.
I need suggestions!! Thx!!
Well a map on the bottom screen would certainly be useful, but not very creative.....I'd rather have game content and territory on both screens. Heck you could tap on the bottom screen to quickly bring up a map.....Sometimes the best ideas are obvious and this idea of territory, caves, puzzles on both screens seems obvious to me...it would sell easily if done with care.
I agree that 2D Metroids are the way to go on handhelds and are still fun to play. Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission are great games and I still replay them and they still look good and have a unique atmosphere to them. Also incorporating more 3D looking characters in a 2D environment would look great...like Super Mario DS......or mostly 2D with some 3D morphball puzzles.
I also longed for Metroid Hunters and still think a 3D game would be great but Metroid Hunters felt like a shell of a game to me....and not a Metroid game, there was no depth to it, no exploration really, no Metroids, same bosses....the graphix were really nice and sounds as well, but they just didn't go far enough....the new characters were cool....would rather see an offshoot game with one of these characters for a more run and gun franchise for Nintendo.
I will still hope for a 2D and 2 screen game for Metroid on the DS......perhaps a remake of Metroid 2 from the old Game Boy?
