Got half way through the 360 version but started playing other games coming out at the time. A bad habit of mine not finishing games and trying new ones. Was going to restart it from scratch but now I fancy getting the Switch version instead.

I really don't think many people at all will carry this around. Except maybe kids/students in a bag or those with jobs that have a lot of downtime during their work. Personally I'll only carry it with me on short breaks away from home with my girlfriend we have once in a blue moon, and only play it in the hotel room if we're not already having fun ;). Could also be useful as a media player in that situation.
I suppose the killer appeal with Switch that isn't actually be pointed out much is the fact it can be a portable only if you want it to be. You can't do that with any other console, you're rooted to your tv (unless you count Wii U/Vita remote play, but both have their limitations).
It's definitely way too big and clunky to take around casually though. How many people did you ever see playing an Atari Lynx? Or any tablet now for that matter? But I do love handheld gaming at home and will probably play it that way a lot whilst also watching YouTube/Netflix on my TV.
I've just got a ps4 this gen so far. That'll probably be my system for high end gaming. I've become resigned to the fact that Nintendo just doesn't care to go toe to toe with the competition anymore, and that's absolutely fine. I'll get switch on day one, even if it's almost exclusively first party supported only, that's also absolutely fine by me now.
First post in a few years yay
Although it's not free, it is turn based and Im enjoying it - so I'd recommend Ace Patrol.
The first bit is free, then it's IAP, I've onl bought the Brithish campaign (for £0.69), and am on my third playthrough. There is IAP for getting pilots back to the battle earlier (if they crash/get damaged), but I think that's cheating so have avoided them (Improvements and aces tabs). Now on my third playthrough upping the difficulty every time I win.
Yeah I trust tried Ace Patrol its my kinda thing and I'll definitely unlock more. Is the british camp.aign very long though? I'll probably stick to hard difficulties from the start

You recall when Sony said that? Because they haven't. Their online plans are still TBA.Basinboy
Sony's stance on PSN has been an "always free" one.
Doesn't mean it's gonna to stay that way. PS+ is evidence enough of that. And when a company is hurting as much as Sony has been, desperate times (you know how it ends).
I'm sure Sony's exec's are smoking some nice Cigars right nowHate tha game not da player :PYou think you're slick, don't you, OP? Masking your true intent as a request for advice. Shame on you. How dare you rub your romantic escapades in our faces? You know a good chunk of us OT'ers get no action. So all you're doing by asking for advice is enraging the jealous beast within each of us. Bow your head, OP. Bow your head in shame.
