@tonitorsi: Uhm, I'm talking solely about games. Couldn't give a **** less about sales. A console is defined by its games not its fucking sales. PS2 had games, games, games. PS2 had games in high quality, quantity and variation. PS4 is lackluster in all of these areas as are the other consoles.
Sales..lol, absolute bloody nonsense. PS4 could have 100 million sales for all I care, but that means absolute bugger all when there are only two games I feel are worth buying the console for.
You could have answered all of that with a "Fucking" or with a "****" in every sentence you just typed for whatever reason and the outcome of this conversation will still be the same. So try chill pills before attempting to structure sentences together every now then -------> pro-tip.
So, sales or not including sales, the synopsis of what I'm trying to get through you, is still the same.
PS4 is barely at the end of its 2nd year running. How the shit do you expect it to exceed everyone and their holy momma with so little time? Try to be more realistic.
Its already got a bigger Third Party tittle list than either the Wii U or Xbox One. It has MORE exclusive titles than Xbox One, and has more upcoming 1st party exclusives, 2nd party exclusives and console exclusive titles than either Xbox One or Wii U AND its selling more than either by colossal margins. Almost 2-to-1
So, the verdict is that.... the PS4 is well on its way to accumulate a success to near PS2-levels on both games (& sales) front(s) since it has blown up way past either Xbox 360, PS3 and probably Wii in terms of video game titles at the same time frame.
This November ends the 2nd year of the PS4's career and enters its 3rd year on the run. We'll have a more centralised idea of where the PS4 is heading games and sales wise compared to other console generations.
