I still get upset when I see Psi-Ops for $7.00 or most recently King of Fighters for Xbox in a bin for $7.00. 

With the recent Toys R Us clearance I saw one store with Atelier Iris 2 for $10.  They had them in a bucket and I bought 2 just to save them.

I think Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 is rare and one of the most expensive xbox games there is.  Call of Chutulu is another that you won't see very much. 

Fatal Frame 1 had some value for a while but I've noticed it has gone down in price at EB/Gamestop.

My 2 picks for games that will be hard to find in the future are

Dreamfall and Samurai Showdown 5.  They have come out at the end of the life cycle and will probably be overlooked.

stopped by Toys R Us on my way home to see if there was anything new on clearance.  They seem to be getting rid of a lot of third party accesories. 

They had a wireless PS2 arcade joystick by Intec for $10.

Choro Q for PS2 for $4.98.  I know its not a great game but I've wanted something from the series since it debuted in Japan way back when.

I bought Tactics Ogre about 2 years ago. 

I found that copy of Tactics Ogre at a Gamestop for $35.  Someone had traded it in with a bunch of other sealed games.  I must have been the first person to see them and I bought pretty much everything they had.  I'll post the lot sometime.  I felt like I was stealing.
