hey man, dont feel bad the same thing happened to me too. It kept all the armor I bought but changed the way my character looked, and I Couldnt play the later levels I had to start from the beginning too. It sucks too because I had beaten like 4 of the levels on legendary by myself and now I dont remember which ones I did it on. I have no idea why it happened, and no idea how to fix it I just said screw it and am playing it again. Let me know if and how u fix it ok?

I was reading about the new Goldeneye game they are making and it got me thinking. It seems like every Generation of consoles that come out have at least 1-2 games that they remake from the past. I am not talking about sequels I am talking about full fledge remakes like Goldenye, or Resident evil 1 I belive...It was the one they remade for the Gamecube. What do you guys think? I am thinking maybe they will some day remake halo 1, and 2. Also maybe a new killer instint remakebut thats from the older consoles. My main question is what current gen titles do you guys think they will remake in the future possible 5-15 years from now?

I was sitting here thinking of the 1st time I played Mario on the NES, and how drastic things have changed in the last 25 years for videogames. The graphics, sound, gameplay, control, everything has basically gotten much better. I was thinking since they say that technology doesnt just double or add up it goes up exponentally what do you guys think the gaming consoles will be like in the year 2035? Be realistic too, dont imagine us playing our ps09 while driving a flying car, while circiling a star 2000 light years away lol. What do you think the graphics will be like, will they have it connected in your brain maybe where it totally feels realistic? I mean all that we see and hear are only electric signals from nerve impulses anyways. What do you think the graphics will be like?? I cant imagine even how good they will look next gen let alone 25 years from now. I think in maybe 15 all games will look as good as avatar did, and after that who knows lol. Anyways I was just thinking about it and wanted to see what u guys thought gaming would be like.

First of all let me say I love the halo franchise well what Ive played of it. My first Halo game was Halo 3, then Halo wars,Odst, then reach. I was trying to get caught up on all the story but I am a little confused. I was reading on Wiki I believe and it said that in the real Halo story line I guess the book, or comic or whatever the game is based on that Cortana chooses Master chief to take her. Here is what I read "The origin of Cortana is not explained in the videogames, but in the Halo novels. Her first chronological appearance in the story is in Halo: The Fall of Reach a 2001 prequel to the first videogame. Dr Halsey allows Cortana to choose which Spartan 2 soldier to accompany on an upcoming mission. Cortana chooses Master Chief who she believs is the best match". That quote is from looking up Cortana on her main page on wikipedia. I know wiki isnt the most reliable website lol, but I think its legit. My question is isnt that what happens at the end of Reach when she chooses Noble six?? I know everyone says it isnt Master Chief but in the original story doesnt she choose master chief?? Did Bungie change the story?? Also another thing I didnt understand was where the doctor lady, I think her name is Catherine Halsey doesnt she say that the computer Cortana is some kind of alien technology that is gonna change the war right before it chooses noble 6?? If so why is it made in her image? Maybe I just misunderstood the short cut scene that I watched because me and my buddy were talking but I didnt fully understand it all lol. Please dont flame me because liek I said I have never played the earlier halo games, I am just trying to get caught up because I find the mythology and story behind the game intriguing.

Yah it is freaking awesome. Today I met the biggest Dbag ever in my buddys xbox live party. I joined my buddys party and we were talking about reach and this dude was like Ive heard that Reach was a huge failure and disappointment. I was like noo its awesome, and he was saying how his buddys who are videogame testers said it wasnt any good and blah blah blah, in which I replied well why is it so successfull, and has nearly perfect reviews, and every site, or mag I named he was like oh, they are paid off blah blah blah, and saying how it takes no skill to play halo. Im not a halo fan boy by any means, it frustrates me more than any game ever, and alot of the people who play are tools, but Reach is one of the best games Ive ever played. Its like 3 games in one, and each of the 3 is a quality game in its own right. Then he really made me mad when my buddy was like ok, lets continue our quest, they were playing sacred 2 by the way lol(a game that got a 6 on ign I believe) Anyways after my friend said lets hurry up he goes well Ive been busy because I have to stop all these halo fan boys from defending their game and blah blah blah. I swear man I hate tough guys online. Anyways I just dont get all the hate for this game. I think it is soooo polished, and u get sooo much bang for your buck. I think its one of the top 20 games I have ever played in my entire life, maybe even top 10.

I just went to Metacritic, and I saw that they only had one review. It was from the UK version of Xbox the Magazine, and they only gave it a 70. I gotta admit if this holds true with all the other magazines and sites I will be disappointed. I loved the 1st Mafia game I actually thought it was probably the 3rd best Sandbox game ever behind, Gta4, San Andreas, and RDR. I played the demo and was pretty impressed. I didnt think it was the greatest game of all time but it seemed to have potential. Have any of you guys read any other reviews than the one I mentioned? Also what score do you think it will get? I predict 75/100 or 7 out of 10 stars on other sites.

man, I wish I still felt that the game was worth a 9.0 after playing the demo:( If I would have made this thread a poll, I think that 98% of people would have said they were disappointed and probably 50% would have said it was terrible. This may end up being one of the most disappointing games of all time on the xbox360. I dunno, maybe I thought people liked crackdown2 more than they really did, I know I liked it alot though. By the way thanks dude who played the 1st one to see which was better, I forgot how the 1st one played so you answered my question because I was wondering too if the 1st one controlled that bad.

have you never heard the term wallah used to describe something magically appearing etc? Maybe you should add to your vocab bro, and then maybe you will understand "Arabic" (English) better. Oh by the way, I might have mis-spelled the word, but I think most everyone who has an iq above 35 understands what I was trying to say.

I really wish they would fix it, but the games coming out in like a week so I doubt tehy will. Man im dissappointed :(

First of all let me say I loved the first crackdown game, and was really really excited to play the demo. However this game so far is a huuuge disappointment. First of all let me talk about my biggest problem and thats the aiming mechanics. I dunno it just feels really really outdated. With games like gears of war, and eeven games like RDR evolving and making great shooting mechanics there is no excuse for a game to be like this in the year 2010. SEcond of all the graphics look like something to come out of a ps2 game. I swear I think San Andreas looked better, I know that its going for a comic cell shaded style but the game XXIII or 13 or whatver u call it on pc back in like 2004 looked batter. Now I must say that getting the orbs n stuff was pretty fun, but the driving was so so as well. Man I hope they improve the auto aim in this game because not being able to switch to diff enemies is awful, and almost makes the game unplayable. This game might be very fun gameplay wise I dunno because the demo was kinda fun with 4 player coop, but if the gameplay isnt top of the line I mean like one of the funnest games ever then I expect this game to get a 6.5 -7. Man I hate to say it but the 1st I think was way better. I hope im wrong. Also man I hate it when a good developer takes over a good franchise. Now im worried about Fallout NV, because the people who made it butchered Alpha protocol. I hope bethesda keeps them on a short leash so they dont do to fallout NV what the other companies are doing to Crackdown 2:( What review score do you guys think Crackdown 2 will get based on the demo??
