From my trips to Britain, they've all been extremely kind to me. They were all very interested in hearing about what the U.S. was like. Unfortunetaly, I've met quite a few European people online (Or Xbox Live), that just hate the U.S. I don't understand why, because it seems like they only say "Oh, you lazy yankee bastard!". :roll:

The American people that I have met in real life have been extremely friendly.

When it comes to the internet. It's a bit of a 50/50 case.

I have met some really friendly American people online.

On the other hand, I'll have to bring up the motto "If you ain't got nothing nice to say, don't say nothing at all"

I don't understand why people can have this pure hatred for an entire population. Most of the people I know that don't like American's have never actually met one in real life before.
