It has all the same features on multi I would assume right? I.e. 10 simulants at a time, level editor, etc?
I also noticed the rating switched from T to M; were there any big changes that would've brought that around? rexCo

Yes, All of the modes are there. Along with the bots and level editor. The reason the game is M is most-likely because of lots of blood, a few launguage issues and sexual themes. Mainly all of it is in the single player.

PS - TC, how great was Future Perfect? I'm debating picking it up, but I have TS2... is it worth it?rexCo

In my opinion it's on par with TS2. You mentioned that you wanted some story writing, well FP has a full story mode that is an actual story and is quite fun and funny. Just incredibly short, and not nearly as difficult as TS2's story. The multiplayer is just as good as TS2, if not better. It shares some of the old levels from the series, and the new ones are just as good. You need friends for this game to reach it's full potential though. Great game, I definitely recommend it.

Okay, I'm not going to spend this post explaining how PHENOMINAL this series is to me, or how INCREDIBLE the games are compared to any other console shooter and that if you have not played them you are a fool. :P *cough, but I am cough*

On to my point. The day TS4 was announced was subsequently the day my most hyped game of all time was born. Me, being a gameplay whore(I only own a Wii, by the way), found Timesplitters amazing due to its simple pick up and play qualities and tough single player modes. Wii+TS4=Bliss. Dave Doak, one of the men behind the series has said in various interviews that if a Wii version of the game were to be made it would be entirely focused on gameplay, with the obvious exclusion of pretty partical effects and polygons. Sounds like some great news to me!

If any company were to put some real effort into a risky Wii title, it wold be the guys behind Free Radical. They don't mess around when it comes to being consistant with thier fans. So, what do you guys think, awesome news or what?

"Free Radical's David Doak has described Wii development in general as "a good thing to do" and followed that up with "I think we want to put [TimeSplitters 4] on the Wii", in an interview with Game Informer."I'm sure it's possible to do a control scheme that works," Doak added when asked about his thoughts on developing a first-person shooter for Wii". Pros:

-Fun with friends

-Relativly no lag when playing with friends

- you are open to plenty of options when playing WITH FRIENDS

Cons:

-You cannot invite friends to games (WTF Nintendo!)

-No leader-board/scoreboard, ect

-Cannot even personally see how many games you've won

-Can be extremely laggy when playing with random players (more often then not in my case)

-No voice chat

As you probably tell, SSBB online is pretty fun if you have friends to play with but without the ability to invite friends and/or chat with them getting a game together is a bit of a chore. Also,no matter how much people try to sugarcoat the voicechat deal you have to admit that it would make it much easier to communicate whether you want to keep playing or pick a new level and so on.

The Wii is the only next gen system I own and you don't need to be an xbox fanboy to realize that SSBB online has major flaws. C'mon people, be realistic here we are kinda stuck in the year 2000 when it come to online capabilities. With all of the limitations though, once you get into a game with your friends its is a blast.

Being as Lucas is on of my favorite new additions to Brawl could anyone tell me a bit of background information on the Earthbound series. I'm only 16, so the snes wasnt exactly in my generation.

Good game? Bad game? Should I be watching out for these games on VC? Thanks!

[QUOTE="meinink2y"]It would be awesome to have a huge, explorable Mushroom Kingdom for the next game, and the castle could serve as a sort of base. k_smoove

Like a free-roam game? ftw.

Best Idea ever!

Was anyone else bummed that you couldn't get a peek inside the nex-gen castle in Galaxy? The new mushroom kingdom looked incredible, I would have loved to stay there longer. The space station had nothing to explore and was pretty dull after the first fifty times running around it. (That is my only complaint about this game)

I hope the next 3d Mario has something more to "play around" in. Hopefully an updated Mushroom Kingdom!

What do you guys think?

I highly doubt that he was serious. Just a joke.

If you guys don't stop taking things so seriously I will punch you.
