[QUOTE="Ikavnieks"]I think you misunderstood me on my first point there. What I meant was that my Q6600 is probably going to end up bottlenecking my 5970, and since I can't OC it further, I'll need a new mobo and CPU. I know it's possible to put the 64 bit OS on the laptop as well, but then I'd need another GB of RAM to get reasonable performance. The whole point of using Windows 7 on my laptop is gone if it's really slow. It would be nice if someone could confirm it's possible to use an OEM version on more than one motherboard. I think it lets you install it on 2-3 seperate computers I did this withXP before, not sure on how it works with windows 7 but after that the product key wont pass activation and you would have to buy another keyYou wont see much of a performance difference no matter which operating system, Win7 would be a fraction better with the lower ram usage I guess...
1. If you want better cooling, get a better heatsink, not a new motherboard
2. I think the Win7 retail comes with both 32 and 64 bit. I think the OEM can only be installed on one pc at ONE time, it's about £10-20 less than retail, ask yourself, is that worth it. I'd say, in your case get retail,
I'm getting OEM since I only have one PC.
P.S: You can put 64 bit on your Laptop AND Desktop PC, I think, I see no real reason to put 32 bit instead of 64 bit, unless you cant put 64 bit on both.

now that you have a N64 I highly reccomend getting a expansion pak. it makes some of the textures look better in games that are compatable and then there are some games that it is required to play like DK64and Majoras mask. If y our into shooters I highlyreccomend Goldeneye or the sequel Perfect Dark (which in my opinion is 5x better than Goldeneye) or the Turok series
I never bought a console at launch but I do remember the dreamcast launch, reading about it and what amazing games it had on day 1
nothing beats the original 1989 black and white gameboy
I thought it was a great ps2 game, I still have it you can easily spend 80+ hours into completing the game
I had both systems, my super nintendo was definately played alot more than the genesis simply because theSNES had way better games that appealed to me as a kid, I wasnt a big fan of the genesis back then but the sonic games were the best
