well unlike AP you dont have to worry about him fumbling because he just goes right by people instead of knocking them down and getting stripped.

Ok I'm curious and since this is the everything about wrestling union maybe someone will know. Why did wwf change to wwe? Did the world wild life federation file a law suit or what?

The_Dude14

Yes. The World Wildlife Fun and WWF/E had an on-going legal battle for a long time. The World Wildlife Fund (shockingly) won the rights to the WWF initials, forcing WWE to "Get the "F" Out" (as they put it) and change to WWE in mid-2002.

I don't know the exact specifics, as they seem to change every now and again, but WWE is prohibited from referring to itself as the WWF in anything they release, so on any DVD release post-02, any WWF mention is edited (surprisingly its not more noticeable). It can refer to itself as World Wrestling Federation, just not WWF. WWE is allowed to show its old logos in footage, up until the "scratch" logo that they started using around 97-98, during the Attitude Era. That logo is blurred on any DVD release.

yes I know they blur cause bout half of my dvd's are of wwf stuff casue I like wwf better than wwe. But I have a lot more old vhs tapes of mid-late 90's wrestleing then I do of modern wrestling dvds.

Ok so I'm watching raw and John Cena is about to FU Shamous and Michael Cole says "attitude adjustment". WTF! how long has it been "attitude adjustment"? And what kind of bs is that; thats why I miss the 90's when it was entertaining and anything went. Now you can't sat FU or Cena's STFU move. Back in the day on raw they would the B world all of the time and they never beeped it. Now they dont even say it!

Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own.

ok u pretty much just said they are the same thing they relate to each other. Also u said they both mean you are new to a task the def. stops there thats it no more meaning to the word newb and noob/n00b does not exist!

4 years in a row w/e. I guess I'm happy they have these matches cause a few years ago they (wwe) stopped having hardcore matches. By that I mean any match besides a normal match with DQ and count outs.
