They will use the same cosmetic design, but the internal parts will be different such that the analog sticks won't wear out like they did back then.

@recloud: Like all statistics, you just simply look at the context. There's nothing wrong with using those numbers, just use them appropriately.

I can think of 5 on Wii U/Switch (bundling them both into this gen since it's ambiguous anyway):

Splatoon, ARMS, Snipper Clips, and Zelda BotW (yes it is original - not just for Zelda either), Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker.

Toad might be a bit of a stretch, but the other 4 seem pretty original.

It's hard for me to choose. They're both my top 2 favourite franchises. But I think I prefer Mario overall.

Online ecosystem and plenty of third party games. Remember, the PS4 sold itself on third party software in its early years as well.

To be fair, Nintendo did a pretty good job at keeping a dead console for around as long as it did.

I'm sure Microsoft would prefer all of those sales to be new Game Pass customers anyway. It's going to be difficult to judge NPDs given game pass now. It may be an outdated way of viewing things in the near future.

I'd recommend it too (obviously if you've got certain tastes in games).

Surprised to hear that Horizon didn't get recommended. Seems like a no brainer.
